1. Why is it that I can't type in any channels when I try to add a programme?
   Unfortunately, you need to set your TV channels before hand by going to Options > Preferences. In the General tab, you will find two options and a section for setting your TV channels. Click on the text box that is next to the "Add" button. Type in your first channel. Then click the "Add" button. You will see that your channel has been added to the listbox above. Continue to add your channels this way until you are satisfied. Click the "Save and Close" button when you are done. If you try adding your TV programmes now, you will see your entire selection of channels in the channels combo box, and they are ready for you to use.
